As the COO, Bridgette is responsible for Rockwell’s multifamily portfolio of over 5,000 units, along with the oversight of its Commercial and Single-family home rental divisions. Bridgette joined Rockwell in 2020 as its Chief Operating Officer. She has been active in the multifamily industry for over 35 years, experienced at both privately held management companies and REITS, as well in the management of conventional and affordable housing communities. Prior to joining Rockwell, Bridgette was Senior Vice President with IRT Management (Living) where she was part of that company’s development team since 2000. During her time with them, they not only doubled the size of their portfolio, but took the company public. Bridgette’s experience is widespread, as she’s held various management positions, from the oversight of new construction lease ups, value add renovations, as well as financial management of over 60 assets. Bridgette is originally from California but is proud to call Houston her home for over 20 years now.
