Rebecca started in the multifamily industry in 1986 and has been part of the Rockwell Management team for over 30 years. She started out as a leasing consultant and quickly worked her way up to District Manager. During her time in this role, she helped develop Rockwell’s policy and procedure administration program, on boarded new software initiatives and training. In 2003, she was promoted to VP of Product Services and oversees multiple departments within the organization, including operations support, contract administration, training, utility management, acquisitions, tax credit compliance, and IT.
She is an expert in problem solving and is known as the operations “Go-To” person. With 25+ years of compliance experience, she is why Rockwell is one of the few property management firms with its own in-house compliance platform. She is also responsible for aligning Rockwell’s best practices business strategies with IT solutions and providing support and guidance to the operations teams.
